This is a work from home position that offers up to 40 hours per week. The wages aren't listed, but according to glassdoor.com, it looks like customer service agents make around $10 per hour. There are a lot of reviews for this position on Glassdoor, so you may want to check those out to get an idea of employee satisfaction.

Thanks so much for sharing some insight about the nature of the job. It's one thing to see these positions advertised online, but quite another to hear from someone that actually does the job. :) edit: redundancy
Since location isn't mentioned in the job description, I checked the UHaul page on Dream Home Based Work and that says that they hire people throughout the United States and Canada. So, I'm pretty certain that you don't need to be local to the Phoenix area.
I think that's their main headquarters, so that's why they have the address. If you can work for home, that's what you'd put for your employer, say for taxes and whatnot. My employer is in Florida.
Are they only hiring people local to Arizona?
